In most Ohio counties, you can call 2-1-1 for free, confidential information about a variety of programs, benefits and services that can help you with any of the following:

  • Housing Assistance: utility assistance, financial assistance for home repairs
  • Employment Support Services: unemployment benefits, financial assistance, job training, transportation assistance, education programs
  • Programs for Children, Youth and Families:  child care, family resource centers, recreation programs, mentoring, tutoring, protective services
  • Physical and Mental Health Resources: medical information hotlines, crisis intervention, support groups, counseling, drug and alcohol treatment, Medicaid/Medicare, maternal health, children’s health, insurance
